Aleph Objects, Inc. is currently searching for a Sales Support Associate. The role of the Sales Support Associate is to engage current and prospective customers through telephone, email, and in-person communication. Work primarily within the Sales Support department to provide best-in-class customer service. Work interdepartmentally to help develop and define new procedures and practices to help increase sales and customer satisfaction

Role and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls and assist customers on the phone
with invoices, shipping quotes or issues, basic technical support,
tracking information, inside sales orders, and quotes. - Verify and process website sales orders and Purchase Orders from individuals and accounts.
- Respond to customer sales leads and incoming correspondence
via email, ensuring a timely and accurate response - mostly leads for PO's, shipping issues, tracking, invoices, website order issues, but also backing up for quotes and sales generating emails. - Work with Sales Support Supervisor to assist Sales Account
Managers in supporting existing customers - including processing
purchase orders and preparing quotes as-needed. - Assist walk-in customers with sales orders as necessary.
- Provide feedback to Sales Support Supervisor for streamlining processes and increasing efficiency for the department and beyond.
- Handle variety of client situations advising the Sales Support Supervisor of actions taken.
- Responsible for verifying that all files, computer generated
shared documents, sales quotations and sales orders are current,
accurate and accessible. - Utilize an organized and comprehensive method for department documents ensuring ease of use and collaboration with others.
- Self-motivation, organization, and time management skills are a must.
- Maintain a professional office environment at all times.
- Prompt consistent attendance is required for this position.
- Help with other tasks as-needed to grow the company, serve its
customers, and advance Free Software, Libre Innovation, and Open Source Hardware (FLO).
- Associates or equivalent experience is required.
- 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Typing speed > 40 wpm.
- Experience working in a fast paced, team environment.
- Clerical experience, preferably in a sales office.
- Deep knowledge of-or, aptitude for quick learning about-the 3D printing industry, and Free Software, Libre Innovation, and Open
Source Hardware (FLO) tools and Free Culture licenses.
Travel Expectations:
- Approximately 5-10%.
