Responsibilities:

• Maintain merchant contract flow (e.g., coordinate with our Merchandising Team on promotions scheduling, manage signature and approval flow, and enter contract data for purpose of tracking sales commissions)
• Review network communications to determine which merchants should be added to our portfolio
• Complete new merchant set up using an internal administrative application and Salesforce
• Review new merchant programs within our affiliate network and determine which are appropriate for the site
• Review network notices for deactivations and commission changes and take appropriate action thereon
• Prepare analysis and reports of merchant commission changes
• Research and plan marketing events for our Sales Team   
• Communicate with merchants as necessary

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and comfort communicating with external parties by phone
• Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to learn and comfortably and regularly use internet and web-based software applications
• Aptitude for presenting accurate data to senior sales professionals
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree desired
