Sales Planner
Choozle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Planner to join our team at our office in Denver. The Sales Planner will report to the VP of Sales and will work closely with the Salesforce/Sales Operations teams. The Sales Planner will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales tools and platforms including Salesforce, managing inbound demand and leads, and providing general support to the sales team and leadership. Responsibilities:
• Assist with the creation of sales reporting/forecasting
• Prepare sales content and pitch decks
• Manage Salesforce and Salesforce Compliance
o Create and cancel accounts in Salesforce
o Create and maintain dashboards in Salesforce
o Manage Account Representative requests in Salesforce (IE: Changing names on accounts, closing tasks, report building, etc.)
• Bring creative and innovative ideas to improve our Salesforce process
• Create Sales meeting notes and send out recap emails
• Manage inbound leads and set up demos for Sales reps
• Manage daily report uploads
• Manage Monthly Media Spend Report and send to managers weekly
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of sales planning experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and to handle multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
• Must be highly attentive to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Apple computers
• Must be highly proficient in Salesforce
