We are looking for a Sales Operations Data Analyst who is passionate about driving workflow efficiency and reporting analysis.
What You Will Do
You will collaborate with sales leadership and IT stakeholders to design data-driven dashboards and analytics tools.
You will have an expertise in Salesforce and help drive process automation, workflow efficiency, and reporting procedures.
In addition, you will:
- Maximize sales data integrity while minimizing end-user pain
- Optimize processes for scalability and efficiency
- Provide operational support to all sales teams, including new business, account management, partnerships, professional services, and panel services
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience contributing to a sales operations department for a SaaS company (mandatory).
You are technical, analytical, and learn quickly.
You have a great business sense and are able to navigate conversations with various stakeholders to drive solutions.
Also, you have:
- Succinct communication and presentation skills
- Organization, planning, and prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment
- High attention-to-detail
- A sense of humor and a preference for being on a collaborative team
This position is located in Boulder, CO and requires being onsite Monday-Friday.
