About the role. The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to exceed revenue quotas through the generation of new sales in contact center related products.  Candidates will be “hunters” who will build and manage a sales pipeline.  As a Sales Executive, you will find prospects, qualify them, establish rapport and sell them on the exceptional value of the Connect First suite of solutions.  

Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Meet and exceed a monthly quota of new business revenue generated through the sale of Connect First software, voice, and data products to small and medium sized businesses.

  • Effectively identify, qualify, own, and manage sales pipeline.

  • Dedicate all efforts necessary to develop new opportunities through networking, cold calling, working with partners, following up with past prospects, and any other possible activities.

  • Effectively and efficiently log sales interactions and revenue opportunities in Salesforce to forecast effectively and accurately.

  • Attend and participate in meetings and trainings as required.

  • Care about the customer and maintain a high integrity throughout the sales process.

  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and Connect First policies and procedures at all times.

  • Portray a professional image in all communications.

  • Deploy tactful prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and ongoing communication with interested prospects - including C-Level decision makers of large and small companies.

  • Own the demo interaction - if computers scare you, this is not the right position for you.

  • Utilize strong follow-up techniques via telephone, e-mail and social media.

  • Create impactful and winning proposals for each prospect based on their specific needs.

  • Manage accounts and develop them to their full potential.

  • Willing to travel up to 50%+ of time.


Requirements.

  • Experience with SaaS model and applications.

  • Call Center industry experience.

  • Salesforce.com experience.

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (Call center, IVR, PBX, CTI, ACD) and/or providers (CenturyLink, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Excellent telephone sales and presentation skills.

  • High ability to meet revenue and effort quotas.

  • Solution selling sales enthusiast - You love to learn about the client’s business, competition, market and how Connect First can effectively solve complex business issues.

  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, goal oriented, money-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic – your reward? A highly incentive-driven compensation plan.

  • Courageous, fearless and has the ability to transcend rejection.

  • Pretty much have to love technology and people. And dogs.


Education.

  • College Grad.
