We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is passionate about helping potential customers understand complex technical solutions.

What You Will Do

You will support pre-sales conversations by being the technical expert in what our platform can do, how it can be used, and how it has been used.

You will communicate the values of the platform to a non-technical audience and help them feel comfortable and empowered with what they’ve learned.

In addition, you will:

  • Create solutions packages with re-usable technical materials
  • Participate in pre-sales calls, online demos, and in-person meetings along with our sales team members
  • Build an advanced understanding of the SurveyGizmo platform (Don’t worry! We’ll train you.)


Who You Are

You are an experienced SaaS Sales Engineer and would be excited to bring your knowledge and ideas to SurveyGizmo.

You are technical, analytical, and learn quickly.

You’re able to communicate highly technical information to non-technical audiences in a way that’s empowering, not belittling.

Also, you have:

  • 2-5 years of SaaS industry experience as a Sales Engineer (mandatory)
  • Experience working with a sales team and an understanding of what’s important and when
  • Organization, planning, and prioritization skills
  • High attention-to-detail
