Envysion, based in Louisville, CO, is a high tech software company that is providing a video software solution that is allow companies to become more profitable and successful with the use of the Envysion technology. We are looking for a tech savvy Sales Engineer that will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. 

Job Functions 
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.Provides product, service, or equipment technical information by answering questions and requests
  • Perform occasional site surveys to document requirements
  • Design documentation and plans for customer-specific solutions: Camera maps, network diagrams, rollout process documents
  • Help scope and select products for orders, and generate job labor budget data
  • Validates all sales quotes before they are presented to customers
  • Design processes for pre-qualifications on orders that need to meet certain criteria
  • Communicate assumptions and customer requirements to customers for specific POS Types or Field Service
  • Understand the needs of the customer base, and liaise with Product to evolve our software and hardware offerings
  • Educate the Sales/Client Management Teams on proposed solutions to increase their knowledge and scalability
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Self motivated, team player that can incorporate a Sales and Operations mentality into all internal and external interactions
  • Provides feedback into the Product Development process based on feedback from Prospects and Customers
 Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years working with CCTV and camera systems and the components and functions
  • Minimum of  3 years creating Documentation and Diagrams for Scope of work
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts and terms
  • Less than 25% travel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to thoroughly communicate technical solutions with their business associated value propositions
Sales Engineer Skills and Qualifications

Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Development, Presentation Skills, General Networking Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal Communication, Requirements Analysis, Innovation 

  • Experience in a sales environment working with franchised restaurant and retail customers preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred
  • This is a brand new role, so experience breaking ground on new processes and methods independently is strongly preferred
