The Company:  BlockVue founded its NYC headquarters in 2015 with a simple vision: enable commercial real estate to sell faster with Virtual Reality technology. Since, we've moved our headquarters to Denver, CO and grown to serve an international customer base consisting of enterprise level brokerages, developers, investors, and landlords. We continue to employ our methodologies and values to develop simple, user-friendly, and powerful Virtual Reality experiences to assist our clients in marketing Commercial Real Estate spaces to prospective tenants. Focusing on speed, cost-competitiveness and customer service - BlockVue strives to deliver a highly effective experience to both our clients and end users.

The Role:

BlockVue is looking for a highly-motivated professional to assist our company’s exponential growth. The sales development representative will report to the Director of Business Development, and assist with growing our customer base. This is a customer facing role with opportunity for incentives/commissions. Our team works hard but also likes to have fun! We offer flexible working options, new computers, a monthly stipend for phone, beer in our office, and a great collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive the new customer acquisition process

  • Identifying new prospects through multi-channel research

  • Lead product demonstrations with decision makers

  • Interacting with and qualifying new leads

  • Developing relationships with C & D-level contacts within prospect accounts

  • Interact with operations team to assist with client service

  • Assist with providing white-glove service across our client experience

Candidates should have a Bachelors degree, preferred 1-2 years sales experience (internships count!), strong verbal + written communication, and problem solving abilities.

  • Start-Up Experience

  • Sales/Client Management

  • Cold-Calling

  • Email Marketing

  • Linked-In/Social Media Research

  • Real Estate

*Candidates do not require technical experience/backgrounds.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary + Commission
