Reporting, Location and Travel:
RightNow Cloud Engineer reports to the Director of Cloud Application Services and will work remote near any metropolitan area. Up to 25% travel may be required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hands-on work configuring and developing custom code to implement Oracle RightNow CX or Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Work with clients to refine requirements and propose best practice solutions which correctly address business problems
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current RightNow or Salesforce technology
- Leverage the appropriate system development methodologies and processes for analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation
- Facilitate and lead work groups or demos, and work productively with a wide range of people
- Demonstrate confidence and credibility in front of senior management and clients
- Prepare, write and review system documentation
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of current experience in providing business consulting and / or technology consulting and solutions to clients, preferred
- Service Cloud CRM application configuration and development using Oracle RightNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega or Zendesk
- Web development using PHP, HTML(5), CSS, Javascript and LAMP
- Business process workflow and custom report creation
- Technical issue triage and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Optional:
- Contact or call center domain experience
- .NET/C# or J2EE/Java development experience
- Web services API integration using SOAP or REST
