This position provides multifaceted methods of support that aids in the acceleration of revenue growth by streamlining processes, internal communications vehicles and various training tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops, maintains and analyzes regional reporting for territory performance, unit and booking revenue and team/individual productivity.
  • Develops management reporting processes to improve sales reporting capabilities and increase automation.  Standardizes reporting processes as necessary.
  • Creates reporting processes and reports to be used by management and regional teams to promote goal achievement through data and address any data related inquiries. Makes improvements related to data as necessary.
  • Researches, analyzes, evaluates and monitors Member Care and Sales contests, promotional campaigns and manual adjustments as necessary.
  • Supports Sales and Member Care leadership in developing territory and region structure based on data analysis and mapping.
  • Develop and implement reports and reporting system; identifies data integrity issues and partners with Accounting and BI departments in resolving any related concerns.
  • Use and support database applications and analytical tools: evaluate data quality, applications, and functions, produce output, and maintain data assets across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy of data in delivered content through rigorous QA and testing.
  • Understand business problems and opportunities.  Develop solutions that enable the business to move quickly, act with insight, and continue to excel in our industry. 
  • Design, test, deploy and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for multiple areas of the business using Tableau, Salesforce.com and other tools as necessary.
  • Serve as liaison and a thought leader across business units in regard to analytics and strategic efforts.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field or a closely related field
  • 2-5 years' experience working with data analysis, forecasting, decision support, including demonstrated proficiency with analytical software.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
  • Firm understanding of subscription management and the Zuora platform.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality,
    discretion and exercise sound business judgment.
  • Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Highly motivated "self-starter" capable of managing large pieces of a project without direct management.
  • Keen attention to detail; ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast growing organization
  •  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Critical thinking and reasoning skills to review and handle discrepancies in data.
  • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn database and query development.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities according to business needs.
  • Good interpersonal skills in order to work closely with the sales team concerning discrepancies or data related issues.
  • High energy, creative thinker who exceeds expectations, and works effectively under pressure.
