Apto is looking for a Revenue Assurance Analyst/Billing Specialist to serve as the face of Apto’s finance organization. In this position, you’ll have great impact not only on our current and prospective customers, but you’ll also play a key role in facilitating customer success and growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues. You will handle the billing, processing of incoming payments, provisioning of Salesforce licenses along with the issuing of necessary paperwork and invoices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Issue and post receipts and invoices
• Manage the billing system, and functionality
• Manage the Salesforce license provisioning process
• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments.
• Contact customers with missed payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines

What you need to apply:

• Understanding of, and adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and financial data
• Experience working in billing, revenue, or renewals previously; comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
