Who You Are

You have at least seven years of experience in hospitality management with a minimum of three years as a regional operations leader. You have a successful track record in the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry with experience supervising managerial team members who are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and leading destination operations. As a regional director, you’re a financial aficionado and have no problem preparing and approving budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and forecasting business needs to ensure operations are performing at an optimal level. It’d be great if you’ve successfully managed and developed dispersed teams in multiple destinations, cities, and states. And experience leading maintenance, housekeeping and other line-level teammates would be a big plus. You place high value on the development and success of your team, which means you’re excited to visit them in person (travelling up to 50-66% of the time throughout your region) to ensure InvitedHome’s vision to be the undisputed leader in vacation rentals is always on their minds.

As an InvitedHome Regional Director of Operations in Colorado, you’ll have the autonomy to act like a “CEO” of your region. This means you’ll be responsible for the soup-to-nuts operations, ensuring we deliver on our promise of a premier traveler and homeowner experience. Yes, both. So what’s the best way to succeed? • Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Building, managing, motivating, growing, and retaining a great regional team of top-notch talent that is cut from your cloth and can execute our vision brilliantly.
• Upholding and consistently improving InvitedHome destination and brand standards, and monitoring quality-assurance teams at each destination.
• Controlling the region’s overall financial performance, helping us ensure consistent profitability (which we believe in sharing).
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and maintain financial accountability for the region.
• Driving loyalty and growth by building relationships – old and new – with our owners, guests, the surrounding communities, and any other relationships that come your way.
• Creating, implementing, and improving procedures to consistently raise the bar and enhance InvitedHome’s position as a leader in the hospitality industry.
• Analyzing feedback from guests and homeowners to identify key areas for improvement and pinpoint successes to celebrate.
• Providing strategic solutions to guide your destinations, while communicating clearly and maintaining an insatiable hunger to provide only the best experience possible for guests and homeowners alike.
• Partnering with our Sales Team to create new business in the form of adding more luxury homes to the IH portfolio (and then sharing in the increased profits).
• Vetting third-party vendors and service providers to guarantee that work meets InvitedHome standards.
• And most of all, delivering a 5-star, luxury experience by ensuring every guest walks into a well-prepared, well-maintained, well-presented, and well-received home.
