Overview: As a Recruiter, you will perform Full Life Cycle Recruiting, maintaining candidate ownership from sourcing to offer negotiations. This position reports to the Recruiting Director.
ABOUT YOU:
- 5 five years full life cycle recruiting experience, at least 3 years in-house. Exposure to tech recruiting a plus.
- A mix of Agency and In-House recruitment experience preferred.
- You use multiple Social Media channels to source great talent.
- Linkedin is not the only tool in your basket.
- Have a deep network of professionals in the Denver or San Francisco area at your disposal!
- ATS - whichever one you use, you know it really well. You live in your ATS. You’ve contacted tech support with problems they didn’t know they had.
- You have recruited at the executive level and have built relationships with these candidates.
- You are constantly looking for ways to improve your recruiting efforts and are data driven in your approach.
- You strive to build lasting relationships and a “high touch” experience for every candidate with whom you interact.
