A quality control manager to develop qualification plans, run tests, and manage the process of problem tracking and resolution. The ideal background is someone with a BS in Computer Science or Robotics and/or experience in quality assurance or quality control for engineering development and manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Develop qualification criteria and testing plans
- Executing tests for full systems and components
- Developing automated test systems
- Executing in-field tests (opportunity to travel to interesting customers)
- Documenting and communicating test results
- Establishing feedback loops back to development teams
- Driving problem resolution
- Depending on desires and skills, you can grow into leadership roles in engineering, manufacturing, quality or supply chain.
