• Manage effective implementation of quality standards for product offerings.
• Provide timely quality assessments of imagery products.
• Partner with other teams in the Operations department to meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Develop process improvements to drive gains in efficiency.
• Ensure that quality standards are being met in all of DigitalGlobe’s products, including standard and orthorectified products, as well as products on the web services platform and those generated off-line.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Strong visual acumen – ability to detect anomalies – detail oriented.
• History of building positive relationships internally and externally.
• Personal commitment and highest-quality standards.
• Knowledge of a variety of operating systems including UNIX, Windows NT/2000/XP, and LINUX.
• Experience working with Image Processing/Remote Sensing software
• Strong understanding of Digital Elevation Models
• Good general computer skills
• Strong client focus

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Geospatial discipline.
• Experience working with imagery – viewing, processing, manipulating, analyzing, etc.  Experience in quality control/quality assurance desired.
• Secret clearance may be required
• A weekend shift may be required.
