Position Description

Due to the growth of our analysis team and the company in general, this is a brand new position at GutCheck.

 

The Qualitative Analysis Manager will primarily spend his or her time overseeing our qualitative report writing structure, which includes implementing new processes and technology that enable our team to operate efficiently. We’re searching for someone with an analytical mind, a knack for writing, and a proven background in process improvement to ensure our final deliverables are best in class.

 

Job Responsibilities

· Creates efficiencies between departments to ensure the flow of information is consistent from our initial scoping calls with customers to the final reports we deliver

· Implements new ideas and technologies to create efficiencies for our strategists and writers

· Sources and trains new writers; there’s an opportunity to create a new training and certification process all of our writing team goes through

· Serves as the primary point of contact for all writers domestically and internationally; responsible for employee satisfaction and retention

·  Works closely with our international team to tailor writing processes to varying countries

·  Works closely with our Research Directors to maintain a holistic and strategic view of the company overall, along with a sharp focus on improving core company metrics – including customer satisfaction, productivity, and costs

· Spends approximately 75% of time on the above responsibilities; and 25% actually writing qualitative reports for our studies in order to maintain fluency of the process and step in to help ensure recurring revenue from some of GutCheck’s biggest accounts.

 

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS preferred but not required

·       3+ years market research experience; strong preference for those also with experience overseeing a group of analysts

·       Thorough understanding of qualitative research methodologies and analyses

·       Ability to present information in a clear and concise way

 

Desired Qualifications

  • International research experience or 2nd language spoken
  • Start-up experience

Denver, CO.

 

Travel:

It’s not likely that travel will be required for this position.
