As the Project Manager, Integrated Delivery, you will be an integral member of the Healthgrades’ team through operational support, capacity planning and experience management between the Engineering team and other important stakeholders. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of internal Healthgrades’ projects through effective program management to ensure that all tracks of work are delivered on time and in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

·         Assist with Engineering budget management

·         Act as the relationship manager for our 3rd party technology partners

·         Implement standardized tool set for product development (JIRA)

·         Provide reporting analysis on team utilization and investment

·         Participate in weekly team objectives meeting (OKR’s)

·         Work with various stakeholders to identify needs of training around product development

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·         2+ years of Project Management experience in technology space

·         Understanding of Agile and Iterative Development methodologies

·         Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines

·         Ability to communicate and collaborate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders

·         Experience in business analysis preferred
