You will be a member of our Programming Services team. This team creates custom surveys for our clients and they're often highly complex and require custom scripting.

As the Professional Services Consultant, you will bridge the gap between customer ideas and clear project requirements.

You will gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the Programming Services customers and be the teammate between customers and the Programming Services project manager.

In addition, you will:

• Collect and share product information (what customers’ need)
• Collaborate closely with the project manager as it relates to the project pipeline

You are a top-notch communicator and document the details so nothing gets lost.

You know how to listen and translate customer needs into technical project requirements.

In addition, you have:

• A customer service mindset.
• Analytical skills.
• A preference for efficiency.
• 2+ years of professional experience with part of this experience creating technical requirements documentation (mandatory). 

This role is located in Boulder, CO.
