This role will report to leader of Professional Services and will show significant leadership and ownership as we continue to expand our team and the services we deliver to our clients. Specifically, you will be responsible to:

• Understand client’s business goals and objectives and develop complex strategic solutions based on thorough understanding of Envysion products and capabilities
• Manage client expectations and internal deadlines to ensure timely and successful projects
• Design client deliverables that leverage disparate data sets and manage tight deadlines to ensure timely deliverables
• Analyze complex data sets to deliver valuable insights on clients’ key business objectives
• Collaborate with internal Product Management and Engineering teams to develop scalable solutions for clients including initial and on-going project set-up, requirements definition, QA of outputs and on-going refinement of same
• Work directly with our clients to ensure value is communicated and realized within their organizations
• Collaborate with internal Client Managers and Sales to help sell and position our value-add Professional Services projects
• Collaborate with internal Client Managers on on-going client relations and success management

A successful candidate will have:

• BS or BA degree in Business or related field; MBA a plus.
• 4+ years experience in client management, management consulting, project consulting, or similar
• Experience consulting in Fortune 1000 companies or in QSR or Retail sectors a plus
• Strong cross-functional team skills and ability to work collaboratively taking direction and input from multiple stakeholders
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
• Experience managing projects across departments with sensitive timelines
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience hands-on in relational databases preferred
• Extensive experience with data/business analysis
• Adequate knowledge of Software-as-a-Service based architectures / platforms a plus
