Job Description
We are looking for a Product Support Analyst with strong interests and expert capabilities in the planning, organizing and execution of product support activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. Responsibilities:
Perform issue investigation and leverage product knowledge to provide system support to business stakeholders
Liaise between business stakeholders and development team to resolve product bugs and complete enhancement requests
Leverage technical expertise to assist internal clients in the use of the OrthoFi product
Develop detailed enhancement and bug user stories and ensure acceptance criteria are met
Provide input into Product Support backlog and release candidates based on business support activities
Participate in feature and regression testing activities during each product release
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or an engineering discipline required.
Two or more years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience for software development projects
Understanding of Agile software development and project management methodologies
Ability to manage changing priorities and plan effectively with minimal supervision
Strong multitasking, critical thinking and analytical skills
Maintain composure and professionalism under high-pressure conditions; open-minded; solicits feedback
Experience with JRA and Pivotal Tracker preferred
