In this role, the Product Owner is the primary interface between the many stakeholders and the development team.  The PO will take high level requirements, vision, and strategy, and break that down into enough detail for the developers to implement.  The PO will handle conflicts, clarify ambiguities, and make decisions during the execution of specific initiatives in such a way that development is efficient and the stakeholders are satisfied with the results.
