Product Marketing Manager, B2B

This position is responsible for marketing our enterprise product with a keen eye for branding and messaging, you will be the marketing support behind the enterprise business vertical of Galvanize, Inc. 

What You'll Do:
    • Create and tune overall product positioning and messaging.
    • Create content and copy for the web, print collateral, brochures, white papers.
    • Develop customer facing collateral to be used by sales, on our website, and for marketing campaigns.
    • Manage and host regular events for the sales organization.
    • Take charge of the sales team’s learning and collateral to ensure they have consistent content that is clean, clear messaging, easy to understand, and engages prospects.
    • Building sales documents in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including designing the message, creating the vision, and training the sales organization.
    • Prepare demos, including to train the field team and with customers, as warranted.
    • Be a product expert as well as a sales methodology guru for B2B team.
    • Work with Product Manager to translate key industry, customer, sales, and competitive insights that help shape and influence product strategy.
    • Provide marketing experience and insights on customer, industry, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
    • Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy including beta releases, positioning, communication of value proposition, and comprehensive launch plan.
    • Measure, analyze, and learn how messaging and story is performing and develop recommendations on how to adjust and improve.
    • Partner with sales, ops, analytics, and product to ensure that reports and dashboards are set up to visualize sales success.
Expected Experience:
    • 3+ years experience with marketing and/or product management in enterprise sales.
    • Established track record with outbound marketing and field support.
    • Clear understanding and experience with enterprise sales process and customer buying behavior.
    • Great at presenting to customers, executives, and press/analysts.
    • Strong analytical skills and valuing data over opinion to drive insights on products, competitors, and market dynamics.
    • Great eye for design and a passion for crisp, articulate messaging.
    • Problem solver with tactical experience.
