Product Marketing Manager
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create compelling messaging, positioning, and materials for all sales, marketing, and first-touch communication of our products
• Lead market assessment, qual/quant analysis, lifecycle feedback, and represent the needs of the market internally across multiple departments
• Establish KPIs for product launches and rollouts in alignment with product group
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the DAM industry to develop strategic product direction and positioning that relates directly to the benefits of the products
• Develop marketing strategies and materials specific to each market segment, including international distribution
• Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful product beta and alpha tests; also have the ability and flexibility to deviate from original plans based on evidence from these tests
• Help drive trial and retention through product interaction and communication
• Lead the adoption and usage of our products with clear product positioning, naming, and launch strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure the broader team is aligned toward and executing on our strategic marketing vision
• Have a pulse on market trends (especially in other categories), and develop marketing strategies to increase our market presence and intender conversion
• Partner with marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with ongoing product initiatives
• Lead competitive analysis and pricing/packaging discussions with business leads
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 2-5 years of experience as a PMM or marketing manager
• Collaborative, creative, and a lot of hustle
• Ability to show a market evaluation, comparison execution, and a GTM for a product online
• Superior project management skills; results focused with superb execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented
• Exceptional analytical skills; strong focus on ROI; ability to take risks
• Self-motivated and flexible; thrives in startup environment
