eFolder is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to build a comprehensive marketing portfolio driving awareness and lead acquisition for eFolder product offerings.   Based in Denver, CO and reporting to the Marketing Director, this individual contributor is the content master of “everything and anything” for our products. You work very closely with Product Management, and your mission is to create the tools and resources that will be consumed by the Sales teams to sell those products (i.e.  collateral, case studies, whitepapers, etc.) You are part of the Marketing team, but your internal “customer” is the Sales team. Their success at selling, by leveraging your great resources, is your success.

You’ll create content to both enhance demand generation for new Partner acquisition (50%), and to help existing Partners be more effecting selling our products (50%). You’ll be communicating with Partners either directly or indirectly (through Account Managers & Partner Councils) for input from this Audience. 

Major Accountabilities

·Become an expert and stay up-to-date on your product(s): know the target market, their needs, technology trends and the competitive landscape

·You’ll be developing:

  • Positioning and messaging through comprehensive marketing communications plans.
  • Marketing collateral to ensure messaging consistency across all consumer touch-points;   including whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, customer presentations and case studies.
  • Targeted campaigns through email, social, and scripts/talking points for salespeople; and analytical optimization to maximize lead quality (using Marketo and Salesforce)
  • Original content for an array of marketing channels both digital (i.e. email, social, webinars, etc.) and traditional (tradeshows, scripting, product overviews, etc.)

·Collaborate with marketing team to optimize the lead acquisition funnel (i.e. events, website, emails, etc.) for your product(s)

·Serving as the liaison for our product offering with the sales channel and key customers

About You:

·4-5 years of product marketing experience for a technology company

·Proven experience in creating original deliverables such as collateral, case studies, and marketing messages

·Exceptional written communication & presentation skills

·Outstanding follow-through, time management, and project management skills

·Familiarity/experience with the Business Disaster Recovery and/or Storage industry is preferred

·Inquisitive attitude with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and a desire to learn

·Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

·Bachelor’s degree

Bonus:

·Familiarity with the IT channel (software, hardware, Distributors, and MSP companies)

·Prior SaaS Experience

·Prior experience performing competitive research and analysis

·Prior experience in enterprise marketing software (Marketo & Salesforce)
