NetApp is actively seeking an experienced Product Manager for SolidFire's Element OS. This role will drive product strategy, development requirements and field enablement for SolidFire’s core storage services. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Strategy - Define and drive the product strategy of core storage data services (storage management, data protection, data efficiencies, networking services, etc) for Element OS. 

- Product Requirements - Lead product requirement gathering efforts, groom and prioritize the backlog, document user stories and define acceptance criteria. 

- Sales Engagement - Be a subject matter expert on the functionality of SolidFire for the the field. 

Work with key accounts and channel partners to support the sales process while gathering customer feedback. 

- Field Enablement - Create and deliver the spectrum of field and support enablement content including technical product documentation, deep dive presentations, sizing and performance tools and field and support training material. 

- Leadership - Work closely with both the executive and the development teams to ensure alignment of goals and accurate status

Education & Experience: 

- A minimum of 8 years of experience is required; 9 to 11 years of experience is preferred. 
- A Bachelor of Arts of Science Degree is required, or equivalent experience. 
- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.
