As a Product Manager you develop and manage product marketing programs to ensure continuity in product offerings. You develop and implement marketing strategies to respond to changing and /or competitive environments which may include product positioning, pricing strategies, and overall product positioning. 

A strong understanding of NetApp's Product and Service offerings, relationship management skills, and experience marketing in a high-technology, dynamic environment is crucial to your success. In this role, you will define SolidFire’s platform strategy for both converged and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) offerings. The Platform Product Manager will be the cross-functional leader with the goal of delivering integrated SolidFire based appliances to the market. 

Essential Functions: 

As a Product Manager you are part of a dynamic team that delivers value to the NetApp organization and supports sales and revenue generation goals. 

The team is tasked to: 
- Help establish the vision and roadmap for SolidFire’s converged and hyperconverged platform. 
- Be the product owner for the platform engineering team. 
- Lead product requirement gathering, document user stories and acceptance criteria, 
- Groom and prioritize the the development backlog 
- Work closely with NetApp’s core engineering and operations teams to deliver the platforms to the market. 
- Be the platform subject matter expert on the platforms for the the field. 
- Deliver sales engineering and support training 
- Support the spectrum of sales enablement content including technical product documentation, deep dive presentations, sizing and performance tools)Job RequirementsRequirements:

Education & Experience: 

A minimum of 5 years in product management / tech marketing with a focus on the enterprise storage ecosystem. 9 to 11 years of experience is preferred.
