We’re currently looking for a driven, customer-centered product manager to join our team and focus on new product innovation. This is the right job for you if you get excited about building high quality products from the ground up, if you want to understand why users start to interact and ultimately stay engaged, and relish high-stakes opportunities to impact the business.
From the start, you can expect to:
- Lead the strategy and execution of new product initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and other business partners (Marketing, Content, Creative) to build solutions that will drive business success
- Partner with your tech lead to manage the full development process, beginning with identifying customer needs and ending with implementing solutions
- Deploy your work across many platforms — from web to mobile apps to OTT platforms
Your background will likely include examples of the following:
- 5+ years of hands-on product management or equivalent experience (strategy, engineering or design)
- Ability to collaborate with diverse team members, including technical ones
- Confidence using data to drive decisions and outcomes
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing, funnel analysis or other quantitative experience optimization
- A history of accomplishing a lot, quickly, with limited resources
- Knowledge of SQL is a bonus!
- Familiarity with video platforms and technology a bonus!
