PRODUCT MANAGER

We are seeking an energized and talented Product Manager to work alongside our amazing team who are dedicated to both active lifestyles and to helping small businesses flourish. Responsibilities

·       Leverage your deep knowledge of our constantly evolving product suite to anticipate customer needs, propose creative solutions, and collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to deliver strong business value and make your vision a reality

·       Develop and manage the translation of complex business requirements into actionable user stories and detailed functional requirements (including mockups, wireframes, and written acceptance criteria), keeping usability and simplicity front of mind

·       Advocate for our fitness business owners by effectively gathering and analyzing product enhancement requests from team members and customers

·       Engage with our customers through conversation, user groups, and pilot/beta programs, recommending future features and enhancements based on resulting insight

·       Deliver high quality, innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our fitness business owners by managing projects from concept to detailed implementation, in collaboration with a team of outstanding product managers, designers, architects, software developers, operations team members and quality assurance analysts

 

Required Qualifications

·       “Roll-up-your-sleeves” entrepreneurial, startup attitude

·       2+ years of product management or business analysis experience

·       Experience documenting functional requirements, including creating mockups, wireframes and written acceptance criteria. 

·       Laser focus on business value and usability

·       Natural ability to relate to people across a wide variety of backgrounds

·       Quick learner and passionate problem solver

·       Nimble, thoughtful approach, with a can-do attitude

·       Ability to drive initiatives from concepts to implementation

·       Superb written and verbal communication skills, a great listener and teammate

·       Attention to detail, creative, patient and positive

·       Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and independently, as well as prioritize effectively

·       Excellent time management skills

 

Desired Qualifications

·       Prior product management or business analysis experience with web-based software products (preferably in a SaaS environment)

·       A genuine passion for fitness (CrossFit, martial arts, dance, yoga, etc)

·       Prior experience with member management or billing software

·       Experience with agile development processes

·       Prior experience in a service or operations role
