 Healthgrades is adding a Product Manager to our Denver team. We are seeking an individual that is passionate about healthcare, is aware of and can predict trends within their market, and can plan initiatives that grow their clients’ business.

Product Managers at Healthgrades become the CEO of their product portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing a long-term product roadmap and executing against this plan; working closely with engineering to guide products from conception to delivery; developing solution features and end-to-end use cases, and working with all stakeholders to successful launch SaaS-based, healthcare provider products and services.  You will have very close working relationships with Engineering, Design, Data Management, Client Services, Business Development, Support, Operations and Sales & Marketing leaders throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Monitoring

  • Leads the discovery process and market research regarding product and customer requirements
  • Defines the product vision
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop revenue and customer satisfaction forecasts
  • Completes the return on investment analysis for product and validates it with customers, with help from sales and finance.
  • Monitors Growth and Attrition of customer base and works with stakeholders to grow market share and profitability.

Product Development

·         Manages the entire product development life cycle for both new products and enhancements to existing products. Responsible for delivery of a differentiated, high quality product to the market on time

·         Creates, maintains, and manages the product road map and the product backlog. Drives User Experience Design work.

·         Ensures all stakeholders understand and support product requirements and specifications. Prioritizes the backlog by taking feedback from stakeholders in sales, support, implementation, marketing, development. 

·         Defines all points of integration with third party systems

·         Collaborates with stakeholders during sprints and development testing

·         Works with customers to get feedback on product during development to ensure value prop. alignment before launch

Product Launch / Marketing

·         Partners with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy

·         Assists with defining product positioning, target markets, and messaging of key product features and benefits

·         Serves as the product evangelist for internal and external stakeholders and clients

·         Serves as subject matter expert on product, product usage, and anticipated benefits

Best Practices

·         Stays informed on emerging trends and technologies in the market

·         Provides thought leadership on product design, utilization, and effectiveness to stakeholders across the company

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.

·         5+ years’ experience as a product manager, preferably in a SaaS environment in the marketing technology space. Familiar with Agile product development, product launches and project management

·         2+ years’ experience in healthcare industry, preferably in marketing to physicians and working with them to help them manage their network integrity or consumer relationship management products used by hospitals

·         Proficiency in multi-channel marketing platforms and associated software, applications, and architecture

·         Ability to analyze product performance and market data then develop recommendations and improvements to products and infrastructure

·         Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines

·         Ability to communicate detailed, persuasive information to all stakeholders – verbally or in writing

·         Ability to adhere to strict design principles and policies

·         Ability to translate ideas and customer input into creative products and solutions
