In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Web Developer to join our Development team. The Web Developer will be primarily responsible for full stack web development, with an emphasis towards back-end PHP.  Focus is on designing, building, and maintaining custom web apps and websites.  A daily physical presence in our Denver, Boulder, or Fort Collins, CO office is required. 

Additional responsibilities include the following: 

• The focus of this role will be on back-end PHP Development
  
• Implementing new features and functionality
  
• Establishing and guiding website architecture
  
• Working with business stakeholders and executive management to solve interesting technical problems
  
• Collaborating with individuals at all levels of our organization internally as well as our client organizations
  
• Thoroughly documenting project build and maintenance, and performing regular testing and QA with the team

• An ability to participate in many projects simultaneously

Preferred technical skills include experience with the following:

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development & strong knowledge of WordPress
• Experience in LAMP stack
  
• Linux server administration experience
  
• Expert-level ability of at least one javascript framework
  
• Expert-level ability of how to connect, read, and write to databases.
  
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and scalability
  
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
  
• Proven mentoring and team building skills
