We’re a small, growing company which means you’ll have administrative and record-keeping responsibilities and also opportunities to project manage new programs and initiatives. You will support a full range of people operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, culture, employee relations, training/development, performance management, and policy implementation.

Your role is critical to People Operations goals to hire, develop and retain team members in a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities
  1.   Administer people operations plans and procedures; assists in the development  and implementation of team policies and procedures.
  2.   Administer the career growth and compensation program.  Monitor/enhance    goal setting and performance evaluation program.
  3.   Support career-development and training programs.
  4.  Work with our PEO to manage benefit administration, annual enrollment, and      payroll processing.
  5.  Support recruiting efforts by working closely with hiring managers to create job  descriptions, evaluate candidates, schedule interviews, draft offer letters, and  support a high-touch candidate experience to acquire top talent.
  6.  Oversee new-employee orientation; coordinate with other departments to execute  an onboarding program to effectively integrate new team members.
  7.  Handle employee relations and exit interviews.
  8.  Assist with developing, updating and evaluating reports, goals and results of  department.
  9.  Recommend new approaches, systems, policies and procedures to continually  improve the efficiency of the department and the company’s high performing  culture.
  10.  Maintains human resource information system records.
  11.  This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does lead and/or  support cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

  13.  This is a full-time position conducted primarily from our Denver office.
  14.  Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Experience and Knowledge

Required 

  • A bachelor’s degree and three to five years of people operations (HR) experience
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting
  • Exposure or experience with the majority of people operations processes
  • Strong organizational skills – monitoring assigned tasks, progress reporting, calendaring, meeting deadlines
  • Competent with MS Office suite specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively progress on multiple concurrent projects with evolving priorities
  • Clear and concise verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Consultative and innovative approach/mindset to people operations
  • Cultural awareness and relationship management
  • Assertiveness to effectively manage stakeholders with competing priorities

Preferred

  • Experience working with a PEO and ADP TotalSource
  • Experience in small company with a developing people operations team
