GoSpotCheck is 95 of the best and brightest minds in Denver, who all share a common goal: Help large organizations better understand their execution in the field through real-time data collection. Companies with large field teams rely on audits and surveys to measure their performance, but their tools are clunky, outdated, and unreliable. We replace these old school data collection tools, like clipboards and spreadsheets, with an easy-to-use mobile app for field reps and a powerful reporting dashboard for management.

We are a fast growing enterprise SaaS company with millions of mission responses, tens of thousands of users, and customers in 70+ countries, including market leaders like Pepsico, Beam Suntory, Panera Bread, Dannon, Under Armour and more. With triple-digit year over year revenue growth, and $26m in capital raised, we are poised to continue to grow rapidly and become a market leader in the mobile enterprise space. Our offices are located in the lower downtown district of Denver. We take pride in the work we do, and truly love coming to work every day.
What You’ll Do
  • GoSpotCheck has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Denver, and you’ll play a key part in keeping it that way! You’ll be part of a fast-growing company with increasing administrative requirements around our people ops. You’ll be our subject-matter expert in employee benefits and our HRIS, in addition to keeping our culture-engine humming with the rest of the P&C Team!
What We’ll Achieve
  • From their first day on the job, all our employees will feel the love thanks to your dedication to the employee experience!
  • We’ll make a smooth transition from PEO to in-house administration by the end of the year.
  • We’ll delight our employees when we roll out our newly implemented HRIS (Namely), which you’ll play a primary role in configuring.
  • We’ll know where to go to find important information on personnel and people ops documentation thanks to your dogged focus on organizing and maintaining records.
  • Your hand will be sore from all the high-fives you get in response to the way you efficiently get benefits and claims questions resolved or directed to the appropriate parties.
  • We’ll never be in the dark/always have the information we need with your proactive and tactful messaging.
  • We’ll learn what to invest in for our people thanks to the surveys you design, administer and analyze.
  • Unfortunately, we’ll take for granted the work you to do process payroll every couple weeks, since everyone will get paid on time!
  • We’ll always hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst, thanks to your proactive approach to having forms and policies in place for planned and unplanned people ops.
  • You’ll add firepower to the People & Culture team, rolling up your sleeves to help with team events and activities.
Who You Are
  • You have 3+ years of combined professional and/or educational experience in people operations or HR generalist responsibilities.
  • You have experience as an administrator of an HRIS and understand the importance of maintaining current and accurate data.
  • You’re tech-savvy and can point to examples of times you pushed for new solutions, additional integrations or automations of processes!
  • You understand insurance plans, can efficiently decipher the “small print” and run comparative analysis when we’re up for renewal.
  • You’re a pro at messaging complicated or sensitive topics to a team with differing stakeholders.
  • You have experience working with both insurance brokers and providers, and understand how their roles differ and where to direct your questions.
  • You deeply care about the employee experience and always question how you can improve it!
  • You believe that first-impressions are important, and have experience creating and administering effective and creative on-boarding programs.
  • You’re a quick learner and can point to examples of times you had to learn something, fast!
  • Bonus points if you have experience implementing and configuring an HRIS.
  • You have preferably completed a bachelor’s or associate’s degree.
  • You appreciate and align with our company values.
