How you’ll make an impact
As the Senior Associate, you’ll manage and grow our regional alliance program for accountants, bookkeepers and other financial advisors. Your eye for detail will produce a best-in-class experience that both rewards and inspires. But you won’t do it alone. Working across multiple teams, you’ll own key resources and systems to support in-channel growth – all while deepening our partner relations.

The Xero Partner Program touches all parts of the customer journey. By ensuring a seamless and delightful execution of benefits, you help accelerate adoption and success of Xero cloud accounting by modern small business advisors.
What you’ll do
Administer full partner program rewards and benefits
Manage budget, approval and payments for cooperative marketing
Oversee inventory and promotional codes for partner store
Project manage new resources for the partner toolkit
Craft internal training and tools to better leverage the program
Maintain up-to-date and accurate internal program systems
