We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Associate to join the Craftsy Business Development & Partnerships team! Are you looking to develop your marketing career? This might be the opportunity for you! This role pairs performance marketing with external partnerships across our diverse categories and products. This might be the role for you if you want to spend your days:
- Digging into the details of Craftsy’s strategic partner email and social marketing efforts to optimize the delivery and outcomes of revenue generating campaigns
- Piecing together a complex scheduling puzzle based on priorities and audience
- Increasing your expertise within the digital marketing space surrounded by a team of smart performance marketers
- Becoming a power user of Salesforce and campaign management tools
- Balancing multiple projects in a dynamic, high volume environment
- Developing strong relationships and interacting with internal and external partners whether creatives, executives or fellow BD team members
- Demonstrating your passion and skills for solving tough analytical/financial problems
- Learning about the ins and outs of Craftsy’s business & brand, our partners and our criteria for success
You probably have some of these bullets on your resume:
- Expertise in Excel and experience with Salesforce, HTML, CSS and concepts like A/B testing
- A track record of high achievement in a competitive environment (whether professional or academic)
- Familiarity with digital marketing (including social, email and affiliate channels), business development and partnership strategies and tactics
