Description

This position is based in our growing Denver office. Your role consists of successfully managing eFolder channel partners (Managed Services Providers, or MSPs) through eFolder’s partner success onboarding program. From initial engagement to increasing partner adoption of new innovative solutions while maintaining superior client service is the main goal. You must have passion for building lasting relationships with IT channel partners and deeply understand the success of eFolder partners’ enables the success of eFolder as a company. Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of eFolder channel partners through eFolder’s Onboarding program
  • Drive product adoption by working closely with internal teams to help partners provision, install and configure eFolder solutions
  • Provide sales and marketing support to help partners effectively sell and position eFolder solutions to their clients
  • Report onboarding progress to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Onboarding/Enablement position or previous experience as a Channel Account Manager or Customer Service Manager working for a software and/or hardware vendor, and/or a distributor
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally
  • Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding set goals
  • Having worked for a SaaS company is a plus
  • Having worked for a company like Datto, Axcient, Continuum, StorageCraft, Carbonite, Infrascale, etc. in a similar capacity is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Great familiarity with the IT channel
