The Outcomes Manager is responsible for building relationships with hiring partners and ensuring placement of all of our graduates. Join us in building the future of education.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the outcomes roadmap for new campuses in Colorado. Source and deliver hiring partnerships.
- Produce a 100% job placement rate of graduates of Galvanize’s Colorado programs.
- Train students to network efficiently, present themselves through resumes and public profiles, and negotiate effectively.
- Identify prospective partners and communicate the content of Galvanize web development and data science programs.
- Enable graduates of our programs to obtain positions they would not have been able to achieve otherwise.
EXPECTATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in business development role working with engineers, startup founders, data scientists, etc.
- Exceptional track record of producing measurable results, including references.
- Knowledge of software engineering, data science, and analytics and desire to learn more.
- Ability to extract and amplify potential in our students.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading institution.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial skillset; delivers hustle with a flourish.
