In this role you will:

• Work with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and database requirements that take existing architecture and IT road maps into consideration.
• Design and develop technical solutions for Oracle Applications including packages, API's, interfaces, workflows, data conversions, and extensions to meet technical and business requirements.
• Work closely with other application developers to create solutions that integrate Oracle EBS with other applications.
• Test, debug, and correct programs and other solutions developed by yourself and others.
• Recommend improvements to existing system functionality and processes.
• Work with business analysts and Oracle Support to resolve Oracle application bugs.

To become a part of our team, we are looking for the following educational and skill sets:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree
• 5+ years of demonstrated database development experience, preferably in an Oracle EBS Release 12 environment
• In-depth knowledge of various Oracle objects and PL/SQL features
• Expertise with SQL Tuning, SQL Developer, SQL Plus, SQL Loader
• Expertise with BI Publisher / XML Publisher and Oracle Reports
• Expertise with Oracle Workflow and Alerts
• Working knowledge of Oracle Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Service Contracts functionality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical documentation ability
• Detail oriented, proactive, and demonstrates independent critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
• Oracle Approvals Management Engine (AME) expertise
• Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) experience
• Expertise with Oracle forms and Forms Personalization
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix Shell Scripting
