Operations Manager
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with an eye for the details, analytical, an expert in driving solid operations programs, and has the business acumen to translate data-driven decisions into actionable enhancements to fuel sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Design workflows and templates that combine different tools, such as Serena, Salesforce, Eloqua and others.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
- Support our Indiegogo team by planning overall program production timelines, project deliverables and resources
- Collaborate with multiple job functions and business units to optimize processes and increase overall lead volume. Partners include engineering, marketing, global components, global sales team and more.
- Establish and deliver marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution and effectiveness.
- Be the marketing and sales funnel expert and improve targeting by continuously improving the database quality
- Work closely with sales to develop a closed-loop feedback process that provides insight into the effectiveness of marketing processes for better lead routing and qualification.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions
- Document existing processes and communicate improvements to enhance marketing productivity
Qualifications
- BS or BA in a marketing, technical or business discipline.
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience within a B2B environment.
Required Skills, Experience And Talents
- Salesforce, Eloqua experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with database design concepts, modelling, and segmentation.
- Acquisition lead generation campaign/program experience and an understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead life-cycle processes.
- Possess an analytical mind and recommend actions/changes based on insightful data mining.
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
