As a Woot Math Operation Support Specialist your day to day job is to work closely with our operations team to help drive customer success: manage account data, identify implementation problems and find solutions, improve processes and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work with minimal supervision to perform account management and maintenance.
- Work cooperatively with schools and districts to onboard new accounts and ensure existing accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Understand which accounts are succeeding, struggling, and are no longer in operation. Help to develop processes for optimizing the implementation process, and highlight the areas for support.
- Identify opportunities for data enhancement and perform data cleanup as specified.
- Assist in the process of lead and quote generation, invoicing, billing and related sales functions.
- Participate in various other administrative tasks as needed in a rapidly evolving environment.
Skills
- Great communication skills and a love of detail
- Strong technical skills ideally with experience with tools we use most often including Salesfoce, Google Apps, Excel
- Natural problem solver - identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Trustworthy, professional and responsive to customer needs (both internal and external).
Education
- Four year university/college degree required (BA/BS)
Details
- 24 hours a week with the potential to increase to full-time. All work will be completed on-site at Woot Math HQ in Boulder (our office is open M-F 8-6).
- Compensation: $18.25/hour
