Online Marketing Manager

THE JOB:

- The Marketing (Traffic) Manager is responsible for sending qualified online traffic to the various Survival Frog top selling offers. Current adspend is $20K-$50K per week, but looking to double that immediately.

- This is a fast paced work environment for A-Players only. We launch 4 to 8 new products every month, so there is a constant need to start and optimize new marketing campaigns - as well as cut losers and scale winners. Never a dull moment at Survival Frog!

- Survival Frog has 3 primary sales channels: (1) Direct Response landing pages, (2) E-Commerce store and (3) Third Party Platforms (Amazon, etc). The marketing department focuses on sending qualified traffic to the different landing page styles at a break-even ROAS.

- We are "direct response marketers" meaning we track every impression, click, conversion and ROI - "branding experts" do not do well with our company.

- Survival Frog has its own IT department, Digital Sales page layout experts, Graphics and Adcopy - and while experience in these areas is helpful, we only need the Marketing Manager to focus on paid traffic.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:  

- Strong experience with paid online traffic sources: Display (Facebook, GDN, Media Buys, Remarketing) and Search (Google, PLA, SEO).

- Proven history in managing a team of traffic specialists and vendors. The marketing team currently includes a Marketing Assistant and Affiliate Specialist. The team is expected to grow as the adspend continues to increase.

- Must have a passion and track record in optimization and scaling campaigns that are gaining traction. Constant split testing and optimization of banners and adcopy is critical.

- Experience with consumer product sales. Ideal candidate would have had management position with $20m or larger e-commerce direct to consumer and selling physical product line. Experience with B2B or Services is less helpful.

- High aptitude and passion for data analysis with clear data presentation skills. If you aren't a data geek, this job isn't for you.

THE MONEY:

Full employee benefits package, including holiday pay, paid personal days off, medical and dental coverage available (ask for details). Annual income in the $70k - $100k+ range, with bonuses.

Plus potential for company equity shares.
