We are looking for another smiling face to join our team in this unique position. An individual with a knack for multi-tasking and organization will have the opportunity to really shine in this position, and grow into more advanced roles on the team. The position will work 25% with HR/Operations and 75% with the Project Management team. This position is ideal for someone that is looking to grow into a potential Account Support Specialist, or learn more about Operations.

You'll be responsible for assisting the your team in:

  • Sorting, sending, managing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Birthday and anniversary celebrations

  • Organizing company lunches, events, and managing monthly snack budgets

  • Office supply management and order authorization

  • Assist with employee onboarding

  • Direct inbounding calls to appropriate employee

  • Company tours, office preparation for client visits

  • Providing administrative support and follow-up for weekly client meetings and calls

  • Developing a solid understanding of our core technologies to assist with client projects and track progress

  • Assisting with the maintenance of client relationships and exceeding client expectations

  • Utilizing strategic planning to accomplish weekly and monthly client business goals

  • Working closely with your team and other departments to ensure successful implementation of our technologies

  • Assist Account Managers in the monthly client billing process

  • Send weekly Google Analytics Reports to clients

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, with excellent written and oral communication skills

  • You're familiar with standard practices and procedures within an Account Manager's role

  • Have worked in a professional office environment

  • You have a knowledge of and passion for technology

  • You're customer centric and willing to go the extra mile

  • You're an extremely organized and self-motivated team player

  • You're goal-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
