Office Administrator / Executive Assistant
We are looking for a part time Office Administrator/Executive Assistant to join the ThinkTopic team! The individual in this role will create and maintain an awesome work environment while ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive and efficient.
The Office Administrator/Executive Assistant will manage operational aspects of the office in addition to supplying administrative support to the CEO and founders. Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager or administrative/executive assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- Hands on experience with office machines
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools (Google Calendar specifically)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
