As a key member of the Network Operations team in our growing Denver office, you will support both the Xactly SaaS platform as well as the teams responsible for the architecture, implementation and emerging technologies that are integrated into our service.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and contribute to the creation and maintenance of our knowledge base articles
  • Assist System Engineers and Product Operations in the upgrade of our high-performance production systems
  • Work side by side with our Customer Satisfaction team to resolve customer facing issues
  • Provide and document solutions to commonly occurring issues
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, peer Network Operations Engineers, Customer Satisfaction Engineers, QA Engineers, DBAs, and Production Operations Systems Engineers
 
Required Skills:
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator/Support Engineer
  • Proven ability to support production implementation of continuous delivery / continuous build pipeline
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time or while in communication with multiple teams across several time zones.
  • Knowledge of server side Java implementations in a Linux based service oriented architecture
  • Excellent documentation skills to include diagrams, power-point presentations with intent of handing over to production operations engineering team
  • B.S. in Computer Science or other relevant technical field or equivalent career experience
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Issue Based Ticketing systems such as Jira/Zen Desk. Etc.
  • Familiarity and experience with the support of agile development and release processes
  • Experience in both small and large companies
  • Proven experience in support of a SaaS product, a consumer destination site, or
