Craftsy is looking for a self-directed, motivated, and creative eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator to join our team! Our eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator will assist our Buyers with web merchandising and overall product execution for the eCommerce team. We're looking for someone who is interested in a fast paced, deadline and metric driven environment, while also contributing to our collaborative, creative and passionate culture. As our eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator you will: Execute product and project kit merchandising to maximize conversion on all marketing (i.e. email, SEM, Social, Affiliates) and supplies page experiences (i.e. organic traffic) Partner with creative team (i.e. designers and photographers) to provide excellent product representation with elevated copy and product images Learn and understand product assortment and marketing strategy in order to plan and execute merchandising campaigns during promotional periods and / or seasonal sales Partner with buying, marketing, product, and supply chain teams to improve the overall online consumer shopping experience Work with assistant buyers to manage SKU setup and product maintenance in multiple systems on up to 3,000 SKUs Show enthusiasm for and the ability to recommend action on opportunities for marketing, category, and product page enhancements Your background and experience may include, but is not necessarily limited to: Proven analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making in a similar environment General understanding of key financial measurements (sales, gross margin, measures of inventory productivity) and a clear understanding of how to impact them. Ability to take direction and effectively execute against multiple simultaneous activities to achieve desired outcomes Demonstrated success in a process and detail oriented environment where there was an emphasis on action, accuracy and results Ability to work with cross-functional teams Excellent time management and communication skills Prior eCommerce experience is highly desirable Education, certifications, publications, etc. that support your ability to contribute to Craftsy as described above!
