We’re looking for a self-starting Marketing Incubation Program Manager to be the next member of our awesome marketing team. You will be an integral member of a small team responsible for promoting the next generation heterogeneous directory software… from the cloud. What you’ll be doing: Creating, executing, project managing and analyzing marketing programs for reaching new mid-market customer segments, including:
- Building marketing content and process for partner marketing, working with Channel Sales
- Managing social media presence on appropriate platforms
- Plan and execute our events strategy
- Evaluating other channels such as industry awards, 3rd party content syndication and other thought leadership elements of the marketing mix
- Helping identify and build influencer relations as well as external comms-related initiatives
- Acting as the quarterback on projects, working with team members to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Partnering with the content marketing team members to develop marketing messages fine-tuned to social media, events, podcasts, etc.
- Establishing metrics, measure and iterate on initiatives, failing fast
Skills and attributes we’d like you to have:
- Self-starter who’s hungry to explore, learn and keep trying
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably for software (SaaS) or other technical products, ideally in a small, growing organization
- Ability to develop strategies and implement programs to activate, engage, and retain multiple customer segments
- Analytical, metrics-oriented. Ability to set up metrics to measure and iterate on initiatives...failing fast.
- Naturally approach marketing from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective.
- Proven track record of results
- Adept at communication and developing buy-in of proposed solutions across the organization
