Marketing Manager, Brand & Partnership
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate and excited about building a brand that is changing the way consumers shop. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment to generate strategies and campaigns to grow market share and brand reputation. As a key member of the marketing team, you will partner with channel owners and our brand partners to build and optimize our brand messaging to drive action. This integral position will report to the Director of Brand and partner with cross-functional teams.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for coordinating and working with both internal and external parties to define, build and optimize our brand messaging to drive response and brand growth
- Work with Director of Brand to develop brand positioning and crystallize key consumer insights
- Align & support partnership brands on external brand messaging and integration points
- Identify & develop strategic partnership and media opportunities to drive brand exposure
- Work effectively with creative & media teams to brief, review and refine creative work to support campaign objectives
- Collaborate with PR and content teams to optimize and ensure brand consistency
- Manage the day-to-day activities of external agencies and strategic partners
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Partner closely with Insight team to surface and leverage valuable consumer, competitor and category insights to drive growth
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a brand or communications role
- Prior agency management or brand management preferred
- Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
- Collaboration and teamwork mindset
- Experience in identifying audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
