As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be at the core of the marketing department. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s marketing programs and campaigns as well as overseeing lead generation and brand strategy initiatives for the business. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and growing company and will execute a vision that goes beyond the ordinary. This role will be a crucial, innovative piece in supporting brand growth and increasing profit while growing and developing a team alongside him/her. This individual will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the sales team and all sides of the organization.

*This position will be a full-time role based in our Denver, CO headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all marketing, demand generation, and brand activities for the company

• Assist in the development and execution of the company’s short and long term marketing/brand strategies and initiatives

• Create, manage, and execute innovative brand/marketing campaigns across all channels and mediums (websites, landing pages, eBooks, infographics, digital and print ads, videos, social media, emails, webinars and more)

• Collaborate with PR, Design, Sales and other internal/external teams to deliver industry-leading, high-quality content and campaigns that drive the business

• Own and execute strategies to reach the appropriate target market groups across all platforms and help move leads through the various stages of the sales funnel.

• Assist in the development of visual brand identity and partner with cross-functional teams to establish and document brand guidelines

• Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, messaging and tone

• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize demand gen programs to help the company exceed marketing, sales and revenue goals

• Exemplify a deep understanding of the sales funnel, lifecycle stages and marketing attribution with a direct role in driving leads, MQLs, and opportunities

• Developing and managing marketing automation/workflows

• Define success metrics, manage marketing automation/workflows and report on marketing progress and effectiveness

• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate for optimal usage and to meet the goals of the business

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years of B2B and management experience
  • HubSpot, Salesforce and/or Marketo experience a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing/lead scoring
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into simple, powerful stories
  • Experience with modern forms of inbound/outbound B2B marketing programs as well as online and offline marketing tactics
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader
  • Strong creative outlook and oversight
  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Track record of taking marketing to the next level
  • History of thriving in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original opportunities
