Marketing Manager
Anthem Branding is a boutique creative agency based in Boulder, Colorado. We use our unique expertise in brand building and product development to design and deliver compelling brand communications, including identities, apparel, products and packaging.
We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven, creative, and collaborative Marketing Manager to own the marketing funnel for our agency. This individual is responsible for managing and supervising the execution of all marketing efforts for the agency.
You will create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. Your efforts will improve the agency's awareness on a national scale. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. This role reports to the agency Principals.
The ideal candidate is a driven, fast-learning individual who has a proven track record in inbound marketing, with an ability to use data to inform decisions. You will be required to use marketing and sales automation tools such as HubSpot.
Primary responsibilities will include attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute inbound marketing strategy to attract and nurture qualified leads to the agency (website, blog, infographics, etc.)
Manage content pipeline, editorial calendar and distribution for agency blog and social media accounts
Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
Perform research into our clients’ industries and develop and execute strategy to reach them in the digital space
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target buyers
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
Help with regular administrative tasks for marketing and business development team to optimize CRM and automation tools

Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience
Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies
An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics
A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our business' mission
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics
Certification in HubSpot Inbound Marketing and sales software
