 Description

This is a marketing management position. Your role consists of building and leading the marketing team at eFolder. The overall mission of the marketing team is to deliver Leads (partner leads) to the sales organization, through effective integration of the various marketing “pillars”. The Marketing Director manages a team of 4 marketing professionals, and will be growing over time.

The “pillars” of the Marketing Director are:

• Web: You know how to build a strong presence on the web, and you know how to maximize SEO;
• Content: Your team will produce the content that will be used in campaigns for new and existing partners (vertical, horizontal, case studies, etc…);
• Events: You know the SMB IT channel well, and how channel partners operate in that ecosystem. You have familiarity with the specific events, trade-shows and communities of the SMB IT channel;
• Demand Generation: Your team will create and execute the campaigns using the content it produced, and you will manage all the delivery tactics: through partner webcasts, webinars, whitepapers, email campaigns, marketing development funds, etc…
• Systems & Tools: You have deep Marketo & Salesforce experience, and can manage very efficiently targeting, measurement and return on marketing investment (“romi”).

Reports to
SVP of Sales

Responsibilities
• Build the funnel of Marketing activities
• Provide calendar of Marketing activities at least one quarter in advance
•  Manage Marketing budget and vendors
• Deliver segmentation of partner prospects and related targeting strategy
• Own the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and marketing infrastructure (web, web forms) and all its output
• Feed the sales team with Marketing-generated leads
• Manage the team (4)

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Data-driven experience with integrated marketing (deep in the funnel) across the 5 pillars of marketing (web, content, events, demand generation, systems [Salesforce, Marketo]
• 8-10+ years of marketing experience in B2B software/SaaS, strongly prefer experience marketing deeply technical products in smart ways that connect business impact and value with the target persona (who may be less technical)
• Experience targeting niche vertical B2B markets

• Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) your team creates each month generates each month
