Marketing Coordinator Global Marketing Programs

This position will actively support our Global Marketing Programs function in the execution of various marketing actives including managing the global events program, support direct marketing execution, and project managing key initiatives for the marketing team. You will also support the development of marketing collateral, prepare various status reports and presentations, research projects, and liaise with external marketing vendors in execution of multiple marketing initiatives and projects. Your primary duties will include: event management, project management, email marketing, content development, content management, social media updates, and other duties as required. The position is based in Denver Colorado and will report into the Director of Global Marketing Programs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Plans and executes all major company meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists, managing vendors and budgets and oversees all final execution..
  • Coordinate sales and marketing projects from initiation to closing, demonstrating clear direction and follow through while overseeing various cross-functional relationships and utilizing each project team member to his/her fullest potential.
  • Documents and communicate agendas, minutes, action items, etc. discussed in all project meetings to the project team. Effectively communicate and publish project timelines and key summaries to all stakeholders in a clear fashion as the project progresses.
  • Manage and support execution of direct marketing programs (including digital and direct mail).
  • Manage and coordinate execution of marketing content development, collateral, webcasts and other needed assets and materials.
  • Supports marketing research efforts across market trends and competitors my marinating and developing various research resources and syndication channels.
  • Oversees the execution of the marketing newsletter nurture program including developing and coordination the editorial calendar.
  • Support the development and execution of various marketing presentation materials and reports.
  • Develop market facing copy for inclusion into demand generation campaigns and other marketing assets.
  • Support content syndication across various social media channels.
  • Assist in the development of content from photography, video recording and video editing.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of account, agency, marketing, project management, event management or related experience. 
  • 1-2 years of event management experience 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in creating, targeting, scheduling, and executing digital marketing campaigns                                   
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong writing/copy writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a forward thinker.  
  • Ability to keep organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Marketo marketing automation software
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Professional experience in B2B marketing.
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and/or Adobe Premier)
